Specific hazard symbols, precautionary statements, and safety measures are outlined in the relevant Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
Applications
Eptifibatide is a novel polypeptide platelet glycoprotein IIb/IIIa receptor antagonist that inhibits platelet aggregation and thrombus formation by blocking the final common pathway of platelet aggregation. It has proven therapeutic benefits in the interventional treatment of acute coronary syndromes. Additionally, Eptifibatide can be used in other conditions or diseases requiring antiplatelet therapy.
