Pharmacological Action

Betamethasone Disodium Phosphate exhibits significant anti-inflammatory effects by reducing the secretion of proinflammatory cytokines and promoting the polarization of M1 to M2 macrophages, thereby alleviating and preventing the tissue's response to inflammation. It can eliminate fever, redness, and swelling caused by local non-infectious inflammation.

  • It has also been studied in the context of keloids and rheumatoid arthritis.
