Clinical Applications
Indications:
It is indicated for the treatment of chronic immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) in adults and children aged 6 years and older who have had an insufficient response to previous treatments such as corticosteroids or intravenous immunoglobulin.
It is also used in patients with severe aplastic anemia (SAA) who have had an inadequate response to immunosuppressive therapy.
